Delete Your Account or Request Your Data

This page explains how to delete your DisegnoSarto account and data, including the photos of your ties and pocket squares, or get a copy of everything we hold about you. DisegnoSarto is developed by Maxime Biasiol.

Delete your account

In the app

Open DisegnoSarto and go to Settings → Profile → Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion.

Your account, all your content, and all your accessory photos are permanently deleted within 30 days. This cannot be undone.

If you have a premium subscription, cancel it first in Google Play or the App Store. Deleting your account does not cancel the subscription.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, email privacy@disegnosarto.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will confirm by email and delete your account and all associated data, including photos, within 30 days.

Delete only some of your data

You can keep your account and delete specific data:

A single photo: delete the tie or pocket square, or replace its photo. The old image is removed straight away; a recovery copy is kept for up to 7 days, then permanently erased.
Any item (garment, accessory, outfit, plan, measurement): delete it in the app.
Something you cannot delete in the app (for example, all your photos at once): email privacy@disegnosarto.com from your account’s email address and tell us what to delete. We handle it within 30 days.

What is deleted and what is kept

Emails you sent us (support, privacy requests)	Kept 3 years after our last exchange
Purchase and subscription records	Kept 10 years, as required by French commercial law (Art. L123-22 Code de commerce)

Accounts with no sign-in for 24 months and no active subscription are also deleted, after an email warning at least 30 days in advance.

Request a copy of your data

Email privacy@disegnosarto.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject “Data request”. Within 30 days, we will send you a ZIP file containing:

Your account information and all your content, in a machine-readable format (JSON)
The original image files of your accessory photos

We only send data to the email address linked to the account, to make sure it reaches you and no one else.

Other requests and contact

You can also ask us to correct your data, restrict or object to how we use it, or answer any privacy question, at privacy@disegnosarto.com. We reply within 30 days. All your rights are described in our Privacy Policy. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the CNIL at www.cnil.fr.
