You are in control of your data in DisegnoSarto. You can delete your entire account, or delete specific content while keeping your account active. This page explains both options, what each one removes, and what we are legally required to retain.
You can make any of these requests directly within the App, or — if you no longer have access to the App — by contacting us by email. You do not need to reinstall the App to request deletion.
If you want to remove individual content without closing your account, you can delete items directly in the App at any time:
Deleted content is removed from your account immediately and is cleared from our active systems shortly afterwards. Your account, and any content you choose to keep, remains intact.
If you would like us to delete specific data on your behalf, email us using the details below and tell us what you would like removed.
Deleting your account permanently removes your account and all associated personal data, except for the limited records we are required by law to retain (see below).
If you cannot access the App, email us from the address associated with your account:

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If there is any content you wish to keep, please save it before requesting deletion.
We process deletion requests promptly. Your personal data is permanently deleted or irreversibly anonymized within 30 days of the request, in line with our obligations under the GDPR. In practice, account data is usually removed sooner; the 30-day window covers propagation across our systems and those of our service providers.

Some data must be kept after account deletion to comply with legal obligations. This data is retained only as required and is not used for any other purpose:
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active premium subscription, because billing is handled by your app store, not by us. If you have a paid subscription, cancel it through your app store before deleting your account to avoid further charges:
